Can I Upgrade From El Capitan to Mojave

Is it possible to upgrade directly from El Capitan to Mojave OS X?
My computer is a Mac Mini (Late 2014).
The post-obit Apple tree spider web folio link only supports an upgrade to the adjacent Os X, which in my case is Sierra.

When I click onto the link to upgrade to Mojave, a serial of error messages read:
"Item not bachelor. The item yous've requested is not currently bachelor in the U.S. store;
U.G. store; Canada shop," etc. The same error happens when I try to upgrade to High Sierra.
I can, however, upgrade to Sierra > Loftier Sierra > Mojave, only I was hoping for a shortcut straight to Mojave from El Capitan.
Is there an alternative way to upgrade from El Capitan to Mojave?

I upgraded from ElCapitan to Mojave straight on my 2012 Mini.
But I also changed from the spinner bulldoze to an SSD.
So I installed Mojave on the SSD and so used Migration to move all the data and settings.
That worked without a hitch except that the Grab application (which I often use several times a twenty-four hour period) was replaced, an although the replacement has boosted functionality, it doesn't have the specific Grab functionality I use

In my El Captian version of the App Store my search for Mojave receives no results.
